Issue: BATTERY DRAINING QUICKLY
If your TTfone mobile phone's battery drains rapidly, it can significantly affect its usability and portability.

Potential Fixes:

Adjust screen brightness: Lowering the screen brightness or enabling automatic brightness adjustment can help conserve battery life.

Switching off WiFi /Mobile Data when not in need: Some of our mobile phones like Titan TT950, TT970, TT240 and TT20 have 3G/4G connectivity to use web surfing and other internet-based Apps.
Apps running in the background on these mobile phones can consume battery power, disconnecting them when not in need helps saved battery life.

Disable unnecessary features: Disconnect devices like paired with Bluetooth when not in use, as they can drain the battery of the mobile phones.

Issue: OVERHEATING

This can be caused by excessive processor usage, environmental factors, or software-related issues.

Potential Fixes:

Avoid overcharging the mobile: Allow the phone to charge for 3-4 hours or until it is fully charged and not to leave the handset on charged in the docking station the whole day. This will damage the battery, the charger or the phone itself.

Use the recommended accessory: We strongly advise our TTfone users to only use TTfone compatible chargers and batteries to avoid issues and complication from using substandard items.

Avoid direct sunlight: Exposure to direct sunlight can heat up your phone quickly. Keep it in a cool and shaded area.

Update software: Software updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements, which can help alleviate overheating issues for our TTfone with 3G/4G network compatibility.

Ensure you have plenty of battery power and are connected to WiFi before starting the update and do not switch off the mobile while it is updating.

Issue: SLOW PERFORMANCE

Potential Fixes:

Restart your phone: Restarting your phone can reset network settings and help establish a connection.

Check SIM card: Ensure that the SIM card is properly inserted and not damaged. Try removing and reinserting the SIM card if necessary.

Issue: APP CRASHES
