FAQ

Power On: Press and hold the Red button for 3-5 seconds until you hear the start-up tune.

Power Off: Press and hold the Red button for 3-5 seconds until the power-off animation begins.

To unlock the phone: On the right side of the phone (to the side of the red button) you will see the lock button. Slide the button up to unlock the keypad. To lock the phone, slide the same button down.

Please note: When the keypad is locked, you can still answer incoming calls by pressing the green OK/Send button.

You can use any sim card apart from Three, ID Network and Smarty as this mobile is 2G Network compatible only.

It takes a standard sized sim card and you can use O2, EE, Vodafone, Giff Gaff, Tesco, Virgin Mobile, Asda Mobile, BT Mobile, Plusnet Mobile, Sky Mobile and Voxi.

Use an adapter in  case you have a Micro or a Nano sim. The adapter can be bought from any  nearby mobile store.

Go to Menu by pressing the up arrow key > Settings > Phone Settings > Time & Date > then press green button to “Set time and date”. Press Save. Scroll down to choose and set the format of the date and the time.

Go to Menu by pressing the up arrow key > Settings > Human voice prompt, then scroll down to select Keypad voice number and select Off.

It’s a button that can be programmed to call whichever number or numbers you choose, so that everyone you want to be notified in case of emergency gets a phone call. The people on the other end of the line then can hear everything going on. It also activates a loud alarm to draw attention from bystanders so they can assist until help arrives. The SOS button will also send out emergency text messages to inform others of a problem.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS FOR TT220

1. Press the arrow Key Up to access the main Menu.

2. Press the navigation key Up or Down until 'Settings' appears, press the green key.

3. Press the navigation key Down few times to select 'Restore Factory Settings' then press the green key.

It will ask for a password: 1122 and press the green key.

Now wait till the mobile restart which will restore the default settings of the phone.
